Therapeutic Massage: A full body massage that utilizes techniques that combine relaxation & therapeutic relief of chronic tension areas. Perfect for an overworked, overstressed individual to help restore balance & vitality.  $ 70

Deep Tissue/Trigger Point Therapy : Deep tissue massage is a specific form of massage that focuses on deeper muscles tissue to address underlying problems that cause chronic pain and postural problems.  The muscle tissue is accessed through specific techniques including trigger points, (a hyperirritable spot, within the muscle that is painful on compression and refers pain elsewhere in the body), that allow a gradual deepening of the massage. It is extremely beneficial and deeply relaxing. $ 75 

Pre-Natal Massage: A full body massage for the Mother-to-be. It addresses all of the weight bearing joints, and creates a deep sense of relaxation.  Helps to improve circulation and nourish the body & soul. $ 65
