All classes are private instruction and by appointment only. 2 students per class maximum. Vinyasa- A challenging yoga series that integrates rhythmic breathing with conscious movement. Postures are linked in a dynamic flowing sequence that is designed to cultivate stamina, flexibility and strength in the body. Slow Flow/Deep Stretch- A slow flow that allows the strengthening postures and stretches to be held for a longer period of time to increase endurance, strength and flexibility. This is a great class for the athlete that needs to open tight and overused muscles. It is a mixed level class to accommodate beginners and advanced yogi's alike! Pre/Post-natal Yoga- This class helps to strengthen the body for childbearing and aids in relieving the common discomforts the body experiences during this time. This is also the perfect class for getting back into shape after your baby is born. The slow transitions and gentle postures help the postnatal mother balance the changes happening in her body. Yin Yoga- Yin focuses on opening and releasing the connective, deep tissues in the body. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes for a greater opening in your practice.
